Cuk Imawan, Ahli Fisika FMIPA UI berhasil menggagas sebuah inovasi sensor kelaikan daging berupa label indikator berbentuk stiker. Temuan ini didanai oleh Kemenristekdikti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alat praktis ini diklaim lebih efektif untuk mensiasati ketahanan pangan sekaligus mencegah terjadinya kecurangan pedagang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia juga mengungkapkan alat kerja yang disebut Frelabel ini mirip dengan stiker yang ditempel di dalam plastik kemasan daging atau ikan di pasar swalayan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJadi modelnya mirip stiker. tinggal ditempel di dalam plastik kemasan. Kalau (daging atau ikan) busuk, maka label di tengah warnanya biru, segar warnanya merah, dan sangat busuk agak kehitaman,\u201d kata Cuk di Depok, Jawa Barat, Rabu 5 Desember 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rencananya, lanjut Cuk, sampling dari Frelabel ini akan disebar di sejumlah pusat perbelanjaan di wilayah Jabodetabek pada awal tahun depan. Selanjutnya akan dijual dengan kisaran harga Rp1.000 per label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nantinya, stiker ini juga akan disosialisasikan kepada masyarakat, sekaligus memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk mencobanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAlat ini baru bisa mendeteksi kelaikan ikan dan daging. Temuan ini merupakan ketahanan pangan karena efisiensinya sangat tinggi. Jadi tak usah mencium, tinggal lihat label atau stiker saja,\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terkait cara kerja frelabel, secara singkat Cuk menjelaskan bahwa sistem kerjanya mirip detektor. Komponennya adalah pewarna cerdas dan pendeteksi gas busuk.
