Profile

Drs. Iman Santoso, M.Phil merupakan dosen dan peneliti di bidang mikrobiologi aplikasi dengan fokus utama pada bidang mikrobiologi pangan (food microbiology) dan mikrobiologi pertanian (agricultural microbiology). Beliau aktif mengajar sejak tahun 1990 pada mata kuliah Mikrobiologi Dasar, Praktikum Mikrobiologi, Mikrobiologi Pangan, serta Fermentasi dan Bioprospeksi. Selain mengajar, beliau aktif dalam penelitian terkait mikrobiologi yang menghasilkan berbagai publikasi ilmiah di jurnal internasional bereputasi, Paten sederhana, dan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) berupa video pembelajaran. Hasil riset yang beliau peroleh juga disampaikan pada forum-forum kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bagi guru dan siswa SMA.
