Documents required for Credit Transfer Application
- Credit transfer minutes form*
- Certificate of participation in the MBKM program from CIL
- Certificate from CIL or certificate from the MBKM program proposer
- Log Book of module activities/syllabus for MBKM activities followed
- SIAK-NG Transcript
*Credit transfer minutes form document is sent in .docx format
