Profile

My research focuses on bioinformatics in the cellular and molecular biology of cancer, stem cells, and immune cells, integrating computational and experimental approaches to understand genomic alterations that drive tumor progression, host-pathogen association in degenerative and infectious disease, and therapeutic resistance. I have received multiple research fundings supporting cellular whole genome sequencing (WGS) studies to identify mutations and investigate genome adaptation of cells during therapy. Through these approaches, my work aims to uncover genomic biomarkers that can be used to evaluate treatment efficacy and improve precision medicine strategies.
